Located at Maling town of lipu
county, the Silver Cave is 85km to the south of
Guilin and 23km from Yangshuo. Opened to the public
in early 1999, it has become a shinning pearl
in Guilin Grand Tourist Zone.The Silver Cave is
a storeyed cave going all the way underearth twelve
peaks. Two kilometers of the cave, consisting
of three major sections ( Lower cave, upper cave
and grand cavern), is now presented to tourists.
Inside, fantastic formation of stalactites and
stalacmites of different geololic ages shows you
another world. Poetic names, such as Screen of
Music, Deep Palace and Frozen Waterfalls, etc.
have been given to the interior formation because
of their shapes.
Tour Itinerary

Guilin -
Li River Cruise - Yangshuo - Guilin / (L)
Our tour guide will pick
you up from your hotel in the morning, transfer
to Zhujiang Pier at 9:30, Board cruise boat
and start Li River Cruise which lasts for
around 4 hours. Disembark at Yangshuo at 14:00
or so. Further drive 40 minuts to visit Silver
Cave. Drive back to Guilin and transfer to
your hotel. |
